Every page has a job. Your page should inspire a visitor to request more information, send you an email, apply to ClarkU, or some other meaningful interaction. ClarkU offers a few pre-built solutions for this as well as the flexibility to meet alternative needs.
On academic- and admission- themed pages, pages include a call to action for future students to apply, visit, or learn more about ClarkU. Closers can have custom photography, and they can be tailored toward future undergraduate students, future graduate students, or both.

If nothing else, putting your contact information at the bottom of every page provides readers with an opportunity to ask a question and learn more. Even when there isn’t a strong call to action on a page, contact information steps into that role.

There can be other, more intuitive ways to close a page, depending on the page. A page that describes a IT service, for example, might conclude with a button to request that service. A page dedicated to community partnerships might use the people tool to include a person’s photo and contact information. The important thing to remember is this: someone came to your page and read all the way to the bottom — they’re interested in what you’ve had to say, so make it easy for them to take the next step.
Lastly, at the bottom of every page displays the ClarkU footer. it’s standard across all pages and serves to show that every page is part of the University.
