ClarkU WordPress support is changing

Dear web publishers,

Our team is currently outpaced by support requests, so we need to change the way we offer it, and we thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

We ask that you still use the web support request form, and we’ve removed some required fields to make it easier for you. Please be sure to include a description of what the issue is, and also how the page in question should be. And please allow seven days for a response to your request.

  1. We’re all going to have work a little harder to keep everything running smoothly. Please try to make any changes on your own before requesting support.
  2. We’ll continue to offer WordPress training. If you’re not able to make the updates that you need to make, we’ll schedule for training to teach you the skills you need.
  3. Be sure to use Clark’s WordPress site as a reference, and try a web search to answer any WordPress questions, it’s often correct.
