Use a promotional block to reinforce a primary idea for your page.

ClarkU includes a few different types of promos, and each has its own use case.

CTA bar

The CTA bar, short for call to action bar, is an element that makes a powerful statement that is paired to a button for a visitor to act. One such example is the one in the footer of every clarku page.

A CTA bar can take several forms. A simpler variety might be a color field:

Promo block

A promo block is the next size up. The purpose is the same, but the promo block allows for longer copy and different styles like headings and lists. It also includes an image that helps ground the call to the page content. Just like with CTA bars, the promo block should end with a button to drive readers to action.

Closers

The closer is an element that is typically deployed site-wide. It’s a persistent action that provides visibility to critical call-to-actions.
