Clark’s MBA Program Earns National Ranking

The MBA program at Clark University’s School of Business (School of Business) has been ranked among the top 75 programs in the country, according to the global media organization, Fortune.

“We are thrilled to see our MBA ranked among the top in the country,” said Dr. Alan Eisner, dean of the School of Management. “It is a great testament to School of Business’s hard-working and successful alumni, as well as the faculty and staff’s commitment to our MBA program’s quality, rigor, and popularity.”

Fortune considers a number of data points in its MBA ranking, noting, “In our methodology, we not only considered data provided by schools via questionnaires and each business school’s brand, but also each school’s role in propelling MBA graduates into the C-suite of top companies.” Alumni outcomes, a brand score, and a unique Fortune score were weighed.

The Fortune ranking is a first for Clark University and School of Business; however, the School of Business has an impressive history of achievement, having been recognized repeatedly by The Princeton Review as a “Best School of Business” and earning the prestigious Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accreditation since the school’s inception in 1982. The accreditation is one earned by less than 5 percent of the world’s business schools. School of Business also won AACSB’s Innovations That Inspire Challenge in 2020 for its Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ventures Program.

“We strive to equip all of our students with skills founded on the principles of social responsibility, sustainability, and ethical business practices,” added Eisner. “Our MBA program will continue to graduate alumni who think critically, manage collaboratively and contribute to their organizations and society.”

Within its small, supportive environment, School of Business continues to offer an array of programs strengthened by its commitment to social innovation, responsible management, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. In addition to the MBA and specialized master’s degrees, its newest graduate degree programs include marketing analytics, accounting analytics, and a human resources concentration to its MBA to be offered in the spring. At the undergraduate level, the business school launched a bachelor’s degree and a minor in marketing, as well as concentration options in data analytics and actuarial finance to fit any degree program.
