    Clark MFA inspires artists to become ‘creative entrepreneurs’

    Clark’s Master of Fine Arts in Visual Art allows students to work on their art from their home studios, then convene for twice-a-year residencies — at Clark and MassMOCA — where they learn from accomplished artists and creative entrepreneurs who are painters, sculptors, filmmakers, art critics, historians, curators, photographers, and interactive artists.

    The January 2026 residency of the Clark MFA in Visual Arts recently unfolded across the vast MASS MoCA campus, where industrial architecture and contemporary art installations created a charged backdrop for a week of intensive learning, creating, and community-building.
