Lawson Dunford is an employee benefits consultant at Marsh McLennan Agency and a dedicated member of his regional DEI council. As a first-generation college student, Lawson participated in the Project OnRamp cohort, a partnership with Clark University that provides paid summer internships to motivated students who are often under-resourced. In addition to his professional role, Lawson is a singer and guitarist who releases original music recorded at the Clark University MACD recording studio on all streaming platforms under the alias “Lawson Hill”. Lawson graduated from Clark University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in philosophy and then returned for a fifth year to complete his MBA with a concentration in finance. During his time at Clark, Lawson produced his debut album, “Flower of Life,” collaborating with students and faculty. At Clark, Lawson was actively involved in the university choir and chamber choir, Clark Yoga Club, worked as a DJ with ROCU, and contributed to the Visual and Performing Arts Department as an office assistant and security proctor.
