Alumni Council President-Elect
Brigid Palcic ’11, MA ’12, studied International Development and Social Change for her undergraduate and master’s degree at Clark University. Brigid is the Deputy Executive Director of Development for GLSEN, the nation’s leading LGBTQ+ education organization and oversees all fundraising for the national nonprofit. Previously, Brigid served Covenant House International as their Associate Vice President-Corporate Partnerships, where she led philanthropic engagements for Fortune 500 countries to support homeless and human trafficked youth across the globe. Prior to joining Covenant House, Brigid honed her corporate partnership skills at Food Bank For New York City and provided on the ground support at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic for New Yorkers facing food insecurity. Brigid also previously worked for Children’s Health Fund and in Worcester helping resettled refugees find employment and adjust to life in the United States.
In her free time, Brigid enjoys hiking, yoga, reading, running, and cooking. She previously served on the Clark University GOLD Council and acts as one of the 2011 class agents. She is a proud Clarkie and passionate about fundraising, social justice and the future of Clark University.
