Haley Smith Michalik ’17, MBA ’18
Haley is currently a digital merchandiser for L.L. Bean, working to enhance the brand’s digital presence, optimize the customer experience, and ultimately drive sales for the international company. Having earned her MBA through Clark’s 4+1 Accelerated Master’s program, Haley particularly enjoyed her leadership courses, which “which gave [her] a deeper understanding of workplace dynamics and the ‘why’ behind the ways we interact with our peers and leaders in the workplace.”
Bobby Sharma ’21, M.S. ’22
At Clark, Bobby majored in business management and economics then earned his M.S. in finance through the 4+1 Accelerated Master’s. After working for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in New York City, Bobby assumed the role of Investment Operations Analyst for Brandeis University Endowment.

If you’ve ever enjoyed a sandwich at Panera Bread you can thank Ron Shaich, who revolutionized the concept of casual dining when he founded the popular bakery-café. Ron got his start in business while still a Clark student by opening a general store on campus . Panera is ranked among Fortune’s “World’s Most Admired Companies.”
Nidhi Thaker, MS-Business Analytics ’19
After graduating with her MSBA, Nidhi worked at Intralinks for about 3 years until she was offered the position of senior business analyst at EY. In addition to enjoying the incredible diversity at Clark, Nidhi calls her MSBA program a “robust springboard” that launched her career in analytics and consulting.
