Clark’s music and theatre arts programs presented the two-time Tony Award-winning musical “Green Day’s American Idiot” as their spring show, with performances from April 16-19.

The musical follows characters Johnny, Tunny, and Will as they flee the constraints of their hometown for the thrills of city life, and struggle to find meaning in a post-9/11 world. The show includes every song from Green Day’s Grammy Award-winning album “American Idiot” and several songs from its follow-up release, “21st Century Breakdown.”

Clark’s production was directed by Meg Dussault and music directed by Cooper McGuire.
