In climate change battle, Clark University sends knight to roundtable

WORCESTER — When Edward Carr discusses climate change, the first things he talks about are not the thinning ozone layer in the atmosphere or the burning of fossil fuels that release greenhouse gases. While important, the Clark University professor’s focus is more down to earth — how the climate in West Africa will affect how much we pay for flour in the U.S.
