Annual Open Enrollment – Action Required

Open Enrollment for the 2026 plan year begins October 27, 2025, and ends November 10, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. EST.

This year, Clark University is moving to an active Open Enrollment process and transitioning from paper enrollment to a new online system called Employee Navigator. Click here on October 27th to access Employee Navigator for Open Enrollment! Please note: If you have already registered and are returning back to make updates for this Open Enrollment, please access through this Login link.

All benefit-eligible employees must take action during Open Enrollment.
If you do not complete your elections, your current benefits will end December 31, 2025, and you will not have coverage for 2026.

Why the Change?

Clark University is introducing several new benefit options for 2026 and enhancing our enrollment process to ensure every employee reviews, updates, and confirms their benefits.

This transition supports Clark’s fiduciary responsibility to administer benefits accurately, equitably, and in compliance with federal and state regulations (including ERISA).

Requiring active enrollment helps ensure:

  • Each employee’s choices are intentional and up to date
  • Dependent and beneficiary information is accurate
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) elections are renewed properly
  • Employees have the opportunity to review new 2026 plan options

Key Dates

  • Open Enrollment Period: October 27 – November 10, 2025
  • Deadline: 5:00 p.m. EST, November 10, 2025
  • Coverage Effective Date: January 1, 2026

What’s New for 2026

  • New HSA-eligible medical plan option
  • Enhanced dental plan
  • Standalone Vision coverage added for the first time
  • New voluntary benefits: Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, Accident, and Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance
  • Transition to Employee Navigator for paperless enrollment

Action Required

All employees must log in to Employee Navigator to complete their elections — even if you plan to keep the same coverage.

No elections will carry over automatically.
If you do not take action by November 10, 2025, your current health, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits will end December 31, 2025.

Online Enrollment System

Clark is moving away from paper forms to an online enrollment process using Employee Navigator.

Through this secure system, employees will be able to:

  • Review benefit elections
  • Compare plan options
  • Add or remove dependents
  • Enroll in or update coverage for 2026
  • Access plan details, summaries, and cost information

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

To participate in a 2026 FSA, you must make a new election during Open Enrollment.
FSA elections do not carry over from year to year.
