This tool is intended to assist you with estimating a balance due for the academic year. Changes to room type or meal plan impact charges. A Student Accounts staff member can assist you with understanding the bill. All actual charges and amounts owed are electronically billed directly to the student and can be accessed on the Student Account Bill + Payment Center the Student Accounts billing cycle is:

• Fall semester charges are billed late summer with an August due date
• Spring semester charges are billed in November with a December due date

*Massachusetts State Law requires students to enroll in the Student Health Insurance (SHIP) or be covered by a health insurance plan with comparable coverage. To ensure compliance with Massachusetts law, students are automatically billed for the SHIP premium each year. A waiver form is completed before the deadline to opt out of the plan. The online waiver must be completed before the deadline to opt-out of the health insurance which allows the premium charge to be waived. The 2024-25 premium cost is $2,390.

Clark University estimates additional out-of-pocket costs, such as books, travel, and incidental expenses of approximately $1,950.
