Supporting the Next Generation of Researchers

The Marsh Institute works closely with Clark University faculty to promote grants and programs that fund undergraduate and graduate students’ ecological research on and off campus.

Geller Research Fellowships

Each year, the Geller awards fund both Clark undergraduate and graduate students for their projects combining research with action to move society toward sustainability.

HERO

Human-Environment Regional Observatory (HERO) Fellowships

The Graduate School of Geography offers the competitive HERO Fellowship Program for undergraduate students selected to conduct summer research on human-environment relationships in Massachusetts. Mentored by graduate students and faculty, they continue their work into the academic year.
