Rigoria (they/she) brings with them over sixteen years of experience working within educational institutions. They have devoted years of time and energy on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts – working in larger multicultural offices at higher education institutions. Rigoria’s experience in DEI will inform the continued work on supporting our affinity spaces, like CBAA or CLAA, and other efforts within Alumni & Friends Engagement and University Advancement.
Additionally, Rigoria has served the larger Worcester LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities in volunteering and collaborating with non-profits like Queer the Scene, Pride Worcester, and OUT MetroWest; In January 2026, they were voted onto the Massachusetts Commission on LGBTQ Youth. Rigoria joined Clark in 2022 as the inaugural Associate Director for Gender and Sexuality and we are excited to have them as part of our team in supporting alumni and students in their journey at and beyond Clark.
