Do I have to be wealthy to make a planned gift?

A: Not at all! Many donors are surprised to learn that planned gifts can fit into almost any estate plan, no matter the size. Every gift makes a difference.


Can I change my mind after setting up a planned gift?

A: Many planned gifts, like a bequest or beneficiary designation, are revocable and can be changed at any time during your lifetime.


What if I already have a will or trust?

A: You can easily add Clark to your existing documents with a simple amendment or codicil.


Are there tax benefits to making a planned gift?

A: Depending on the type of gift, you may be able to reduce income taxes, capital gains taxes, or estate taxes. We recommend consulting your tax advisor to understand your specific situation.
