Where your degree can take you
Clark media, culture, and the arts and Visual and Performing Arts alumni have gone on to found theater companies, pursue careers in media production, work in talent management and communications, and continue their creative practices independently. Alumni include the founders of Company One, one of Boston’s most respected theater companies, and have worked for organizations including the City of Worcester, Rebel Interactive Group, and Himalaya.

Graduate study
The media, culture, and the arts program’s combination of theory, history, and practice is strong preparation for graduate programs in media studies, film, communications, digital humanities, and MFA programs in a range of disciplines. Students planning graduate work are especially encouraged to consider the honors thesis as preparation.

Media, culture, and the arts students frequently pursue Clark’s accelerated 4+1 master’s, adding credentials in teaching, communications, business, or interactive media in their a fifth year.
