Visit as many campuses as possible to see if you can envision yourself there—it’s one of the best indicators. Before visiting, think about what matters most in your college experience to focus on those aspects. If an in-person visit isn’t possible, explore virtual options and social media. Keep an open mind, talk to current students, make pros and cons lists, and trust your gut—it’s usually right!
