In accordance with Massachusetts State Law, Clark University requires all matriculated full-time and three-quarter-time students to participate in the Student Health Insurance Plan unless proof of comprehensive comparable coverage under a policy filed and approved in the US is provided.
All eligible students will have the health insurance charge listed on your student bill. The annual insurance charge will be applied on the Fall semester bill and the charge for the Spring semester will be applied on the Spring semester bill for newly eligible Spring students. All students with a comparable U.S. health insurance plan may apply for a waiver online by visiting www.universityhealthplans.com/clark. International students must also have medical evacuation and repatriation coverage to be eligible for a waiver. Please contact University Health Plans for any questions on the plan benefits, eligibility, enrollment, waivers or plan issues at 1-800-437-6448 or info@univhealthplans.com.
