Who are you and what are your practitioner sites?

Lisa Gaudette, a life-long learner who is passionate about research and change. I have my paralegel and Associates Degree from Becker College. I received my BA in Criminal Justice from Clark University, as well as an MPA and MSIT.  I am currently the Director of the Office of Sponsored Programs and Research at Clark University where every day I work with students and faculty whom are passionate about research.

What inspired you to join the Doctoral Program in Transformative Education?

Clark University’s commitment to transformative education resonates deeply with both my personal values and professional goals. This program feels like “coming home.”

What do you hope to accomplish in the future?

I hope my research will influence higher education leadership by creating policies and practices that foster resilience, inclusion, and opportunity for all students, staff, and faculty.
