In accordance with Massachusetts State Law, Clark University requires all matriculated full-time and three-quarter-time students to participate in the Student Health Insurance Plan unless proof of comprehensive comparable coverage under a policy filed and approved in the US is provided.
A health insurance charge will be listed on your Fall semester bill. Domestic students may apply for a waiver online by visiting www.universityhealthplans.com/clark. International students, please contact University Health Plans at 1-800-437-6448 or info@univhealthplans.com if you are covered by a U.S. health insurance plan that meets all of the waiver requirements to request the International Student Waiver Form.

- Hard copies of your BCBS insurance ID card are mailed to your address on file or Clark Student Mailbox. You can look up your membership information online 24/7 by clicking Insurance ID Card located on the left-hand side of the page at https://www.universityhealthplans.com/clark.
- You can also download the MyBlue Member app at: https://myblue.bluecrossma.com/student to access your electronic ID card or visit https://www.bluecrossma.org/ to create an online account to access a PDF ID Card.
- Students under the age of 18 do not have access to the MyBlue Member App or an online BCBS account. You can request an address change and a copy of your ID Card.
