Hi! I’m Tanaka Kachomba, originally from Zimbabwe and pursuing a Master’s in Business Analytics at Clark University in Worcester Massachusetts. I am passionate about using data to drive ethical financial innovation, promote global equity and provide opportunity across different populations.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in finance as my first undergraduate degree which has inspired the desire to also pursue a master’s degree in business analytics with a concentration in finance. Prior to my graduate school admission, I have gained front desk experience in the banking industry working with various clients which has sharpened my interpersonal skills in dealing with different people to provide support and also in marketing and product cross selling. As a master’s student I have been acquainted with financial modelling, risk analysis and doing part time research on adaptive loan systems.
I am also a huge fan of community engagement, active in club participation and serve a leadership role within the Clark African students Union. To unwind I enjoy diving into music, films, visiting new place especially pool or lake areas.
Being part of the Graduate Admission team presents an opportunity to connect with fellow students and develop problem solving strength for future career advancement.
