Lou Leonard named Dean of School of Climate, Environment, and Society

President David Fithian announces the appointment, effective May 1, 2025, of Lou Leonard as the inaugural D.J.A. Spencer Dean of the School of Climate, Environment, and Society. “As dean, Lou will lead interdisciplinary efforts — anchored in the School — to solidify Clark’s recognition as a world-class contributor to confronting climate change and related ecological and social crises.”
