Our program fosters personal and artistic development through dance. We offer a range of opportunities for creative exploration, performance, and interdisciplinary inquiry.
As a student in the Department of Visual and Performing Arts’s dance minor, you’ll gain a technical foundation in modern and jazz techniques as well as an exposure to fundamental training in diverse dance forms.
The Dance Minor, offered through Clark’s Theatre Program, provides a multidisciplined perspective on the practice and study of contemporary performance.

Hands-On Learning
Students have the opportunity to perform and choreograph throughout the year with a number of groups including Dance Society, Variant Dance, and Hip Hop Collabo.
