4+1 Accelerated Master’s eligibility
Please carefully review the eligibility requirements listed below for the 4+1 Accelerated Master’s Degree. If you have questions about your eligibility or the application process, please contact Graduate Admissions.
Eligibility for students applying to the 4+1 program beginning spring 2029
To qualify for admission into the program, you must:
- Achieve a cumulative 3.0 GPA*, note that at least a 3.70 GPA is necessary for 100% tuition scholarship. Your total scholarship is determined by your GPA.
- Be a full-time undergraduate student for a minimum of 24 academic units at Clark by the time you graduate
- Meet the entry requirements of your chosen graduate program
- Apply to the program by April 15th of your junior year (or Nov. 1st if the second semester of your junior year is in the fall semester)
- Maintain overall GPA standing in your senior year.

Scholarship eligibility
For students applying to the 4+1 program in spring 2029 or later
Scholarships for the 4+1 Accelerated Master’s Degree are merit-based, and dependent on your GPA at undergraduate graduation.

A student’s final GPA upon graduation will be used to calculate the scholarship amount. Seniors who fail a course (including the graduate level course taken in the senior year) may be excluded from the program.
For students applying to the 4+1 program before spring 2029
Students who apply to the scholarship program prior to spring 2029 will be subject to the former GPA standard of 3.4 for admission to the program. Contact your academic advisor for details.
