Venues

Whether you’re hosting a lecture, conference, social event, summer camp or anything in between, Clark has a space that will suit your needs. From banquet halls to multimedia classrooms, we have a variety of options.

Clark faculty and staff may view room reservations and, with proper credentials, request rooms via the Event Management System.

Student groups can reserve event space via Clark Engage.

Community partners can contact our office for availability or place a request online.

Event service providers

Media services

Part of Information Technology Services, Media Services provides audio visual equipment and expertise to the campus community and supports classroom and conference room technologies.

Catering

Organizations holding events at Clark University are required to use Clark Dining Services for their food and beverage needs. Harvest Table Culinary can provide a wide variety of options to fit any budget.

Facilities

Campus partners needing special arrangements for an event such as custodial support, special room sets or equipment can submit their requests online to facility services.
