Before reserving a location, we suggest you answer a few key questions to streamline the many details that go into planning a successful gathering.

Venues

Whether you’re hosting a conference, lecture, social event, summer camp or anything in between, Clark has a space that will suit your needs. From banquet halls to multimedia classrooms, we have a variety of options.

Request a Space

Clark faculty and staff may view room reservations and, with proper credentials, request rooms via the Event Management System.

Student groups should reserve meetings and events via Clark Engage.

Campus Service Providers

Part of Information Technology Services, Media Services provides audio visual equipment and expertise to the campus community and supports classroom and conference room technologies.

Student at Clark University Commencement 2022

Commencement

May 19, 2025 @ 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time

Clark University’s 121st Commencement will take place at the DCU Center on Monday, May 19, 2025. 10: 00 a.m. for the Bachelor’s degrees and 3 p.m. for the Masters and PhD degrees. Family and friends are invited to join us in celebrating the Class of 2025.
