OneCard Operations during COVID-19

Currently, the OneCard Office is suspending any walk-in customer service. All OneCard needs will be handled remotely. If you do not find the solution you need on our website (check out our FAQ section below), please reach out to Jane Switchenko, OneCard Coordinator, at or call 508-793-7109.

Your First OneCard

If you are a new student, faculty, or staff, it is imperative that you upload a picture of yourself using the “Submit A Photo” button below. This will allow the OneCard Office to prepare your ID before you arrive on campus. All submitted photos must be a close-up, color, face-forward picture. The photo should not include hats, sunglasses, bandanas, scarves, inappropriate facial gestures, or hands near the face.

Submit a Photo for a OneCard

Once your photo has been submitted and approved, please note the following when arriving to campus:

  • New Undergraduate Students: OneCards will be available in the Kneller after your first COVID test on campus.
  • New Graduate Students: OneCards will be distributed by your school or department
  • New Faculty or Staff: OneCards will be delivered to the Office of Human Resources.

Replacing a OneCard

In the event your OneCard is lost, stolen, damaged or faded, a replacement form must be submitted. Once submitted, you should expect an email by the next business day. This email will contain either pick up instructions or communication about addressing a damaged card. Please note that a $25 replacement fee may apply to lost cards.

About the OneCard

Your Clark OneCard looks like an ordinary university ID, but it’s much more than that. The OneCard acts as a key to a number of services on campus including:

Allows access to residence halls, athletic facilities, and Dana Commons. Some doors are equipped with a card reader that requires you to insert your card in the provided slot. Other buildings are equipped with readers that allow access simply by swiping the card in front of the scanner. Please note: Only students residing in on-campus housing receive residence hall access.

The Cash Card program works similar to a bank debit card. You deposit funds into your Cash Card account online at CUWeb (students only) or through the Cashier’s Office and are then able to use it like cash at a number of locations on and around campus.

Learn More

Each semester, all students will receive a free printing allowance, which may be redeemed in any community printing area (e.g., printing in public labs, the Goddard Library, etc.). You use your OneCard to access these services. Please see the Printing Services webpage for more information.

Allows access to parking garage if you purchase a garage sticker from University Police (located in Bullock Hall).

The Clark OneCard is your library borrower’s card for the University libraries and maintains a history of your transactions. To activate your library barcode, simply present the card at the library circulation desk.

Use your Clark OneCard for computer services to initially establish an email address, use the computer labs, and access the Secured Student Records Area on the web for your student record and billing information.

The Clark OneCard contains undergraduate meal plan information and Dining Dollars for use at on-campus dining services and off-campus restaurants.

The Woo Card Program is a service offered by the Worcester Cultural Coalition for local college students. If you register your Clark OneCard ID number at its website, you can present your ID card for discounts at a variety of local art, music, and cultural events.
