The University IT Advisory Committee provides support to project sponsors in developing a detailed proposal. The chair of the committee, appointed by the Steering Board, ensures that the needs of project sponsors and the board are met. Members of the advisory committee are accountable to the University IT Steering Board and will:
- Assist the project sponsor in completing the detailed proposal
- Ensure the needs of all members of the Clark community have been represented in proposals
- Meet monthly as a group; sub-groups may meet on an ad-hoc basis
