University Governance for IT is the process by which Clark engages diverse stakeholders to establish and communicate priorities for technology investments, guide service level management and approve policies that support and are aligned with institutional goals and priorities. This governance structure at Clark consists of a Steering Board and two advisory committees that are charged with identifying, prioritizing, and recommending tactical and strategic IT initiatives that propel the University forward in a deliberate and thoughtful manner. These committees also serve as communication conduits with the Clark community to promote transparency, accountability and effective dialogue about technology and its adoption at Clark.
