If a written contract between you and the University is inconsistent with this handbook, the terms of the written contract controls.
Nothing in this handbook will be interpreted, applied, or enforced to interfere with, restrain, or coerce employees in the exercise of their rights under Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act.
