Promotion/transfer

Requests for a promotion or transfer will not be considered until an employee has completed at least one year in their current position. The promotion or transfer of an employee to another department will be affected at a time and on terms and conditions that are mutually agreeable to both departments and the Office of Human Resources and Operational Excellence or their designees.
