Getting to Clark
On Commencement day, designated parking lots will be available for guests, faculty, staff, students, and vendors.
If you plan to drop off guests with mobility challenges before you park, we suggest doing so on Woodland Street, next to Atwood Hall. Guests with state-issued disability parking placard or plate are welcome to park on pre-marked handicapped spots on campus, but we cannot guarantee their availability. Guests with mobility challenges may also reserve a spot in the Charlotte Street parking lot, which comprises 30 spots. Please email Amanda Elinoff at University Police to make your reservation. You will be required to show confirmation of your reservation when you arrive at the Charlotte Street lot.
Clark University strives to provide inclusive access to events. If you need an accommodation or have a question about accessing this event, please email: email@example.com or call 508.793.7252 at least five business days in advance.
Visitors may receive timely emergency alerts during Commencement by texting Clark2023 to 226787. Current Clark faculty, staff, and students do not need to opt in to receive these alerts.
All visitors to the Clark University campus are expected to be fully vaccinated or to have received a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the event. Clark University does not currently have a mask requirement on campus and does not plan to require masks at this event. This is subject to change, and we ask that all attendees be prepared to wear a mask should it become mandatory.
The city is expected to be very busy, please make your hotel reservations early.
