Interactive media major Milo Justice is intent on designing games with a purpose. His original game, Menticide, created with three fellow students, is fashioned to help people grapple with mental health issues. While at Clark, Justice also has competed on the varsity Overwatch team and helped design the curriculum for the University’s Honors Program.
Justice will pursue his Master of Fine Arts in Interactive Media at Clark’s Becker School of Design & Technology. He will lean into product management, a key piece of game design that’s often ignored, and “work on something that is my own. My plan is to create all the systems necessary for my MFA project over the summer and then use the MFA game-studio as an incubator.” His original game, Photo-Op (working title), will involve taking photos in Washington, D.C., government agents and police detaining people to create a protest movement and “become the change we need.”
