The Office of the Provost oversees all undergraduate and graduate academic programs, as well as athletics, student affairs, sponsored research, university libraries, and the registrar.
The provost directs the resources that support the University’s educational and research missions. Working closely with faculty, the provost is responsible for attracting, retaining, and supporting faculty members who are outstanding teachers and mentors as well as nationally and internationally recognized scholars in their fields.
