Want to play? Start your journey as a Clark Cougar.
Competitive Excellence. Cougars play hard, play with pride, and play to win.
Our student-athletes thrive in the classroom and on the field, dominating the competition while working hard to develop the skills that are necessary in sports and life. With 17 intercollegiate varsity teams and a range of intramural and club sports, there are numerous ways to get involved. Our fans are also an integral part of athletics at Clark. Catch a basketball game in the Kneller Athletic Center or cheer on the men’s and women’s lacrosse teams as they play under the lights. #RollCougs!
Looking to compete and have fun without the demands of varsity athletics? Clark offers a variety of club and intramural teams to help you stay active on campus. Sports offered include soccer, volleyball, equestrian, ice hockey, squash, and ultimate frisbee, among others.
Clark’s athletic programs utilize numerous facilities across campus, including the Kneller Athletic Center, Dolan Field House, and Granger Athletic Fields. The Bickman Fitness Center includes two floors of cardio and weight equipment, as well as a large multipurpose room.
With 17 men’s and women’s intercollegiate varsity teams, Clark has a record of success and an enthusiastic fan base. Keep track of upcoming games, learn about our teams, coaches, and facilities, and suit up with Cougar gear.
Clark is a member of the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC), an NCAA Division III affiliate. We compete against other elite institutions from New England in seven men’s sports and 10 women’s sports.
