If you believe your OneCard should have access to a building/door but it does not, please reach out to the Help Desk and we will check your card access permissions.
If the card reader does not make a noise when you tap your OneCard on it, your OneCard may be malfunctioning. Please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
Door Access
Clark buildings whose exterior doors have card access require a Clark OneCard to access them. This enhances the security of campus buildings and is similar to common practices at other universities like Clark.
Exterior doors to campus buildings are accessible using your Clark OneCard based on the times above. Some users have extended access to buildings (e.g. 24×7 access to the building your office or lab is in.)
The OneCard Office partners with vendors who regularly access the campus to ensure that they can access buildings. These vendors include WBMason, Ready Refresh, ProShred, and FloTech. If you have other vendors, we encourage you to use Mail Services or coordinate deliveries directly with the shipping company as needed. If you have a vendor that needs regular, unattended access that is not already accommodated, please contact the OneCard Office (idcard@clarku.edu).
Events that are open to the public can be coordinated with the OneCard Office for the temporary unlocking of doors.
