Your Clark Account is the starting point for all services at Clark.

Usually, staff will be issued their account information in person on their first day of employment. If you believe that you need access to your account prior to arriving on campus, please discuss your need with your supervisor.

If you have your account information, you can activate your account and get started!

ITS strives to provide staff with the right level of computer for their needs. Generally Clark-provided computers are either Windows or Macs with a standard set of software, that includes Microsoft Office, Zoom, and web browsers. ITS can also organize for a range of specialized software to be available. For more information, contact the ITS Help Desk (helpdesk@clarku.edu, 508-793-7745).

Clark community members are provided Clark email addresses in Microsoft Office 365 . All University communications will be sent to this account.

You may access your Clark email on or off campus in a variety of ways, including the Outlook on your Clark device or on the web, many email clients, or apps for your mobile device. To log in via Outlook on the web, click here or visit the ClarkYOU portal.
