What to do if a federal processor selects you for FAFSA Verification.

Submitting financial aid requirements by the priority filing deadline will ensure that you are considered for all sources of federal, state and institutional financial aid.

If the student’s financial aid application is selected for verification, additional requirements will be required prior to the student’s financial aid award being calculated. Communications from the Office of Financial Assistance are sent to the student’s Clark University email and CUWeb portal. Students for whom additional information is requested or who complete after the deadline will be awarded in the order applications were completed.  If a student wishes to decline a portion of their financial aid award, the student should make this request from their Clark University email account to finaid@clarku.edu.

Undergraduate students who did not apply for need based aid during their first year and would like to apply for need based financial aid in subsequent years should contact the Office of Financial Assistance prior to submitting a need based financial aid application.

How can I appeal my financial aid award?
