His work in industry also includes designing and integrating retrieval-augmented generative AI solutions to aid in system operations that support market integrity and investor protection.

A double alumnus of Clark University, Jack earned his M.S. in Information Technology and his B.A. in Computer Science, graduating Summa Cum Laude for his Bachelor’s and receiving the “Outstanding Performance in MSIT” award for his Master’s. His commitment to both industry experience and education is further demonstrated by his involvement at Clark University, where he contributed to teaching, systems administration, and software development within the academic technologies department.
