Explore how benefit-sharing policies, public participation, and indigeneity influence natural resource conflicts in the Ecuadorian Amazon with Dr. Danilo Borja. As a researcher and practitioner in Natural Resource and Energy Policy, his work tackles energy justice, clean energy, Indigenous Peoples’ rights, and environmental remediation.
Dr. Borja holds a PhD in Geography from the University of Calgary, a master’s in Mineral Resources and Energy Engineering from Jeonbuk National University, and a bachelor’s in Geographical and Environmental Engineering from the Armed Forces University – ESPE, Ecuador.
