ABOUT LAUREN ADAMS:
Lauren Adams is an actor, director, and improviser based in Los Angeles. She is best known for playing Gretchen Chalker on Netflix’s Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, with additional credits including Greener Grass, Modern Family, The Sex Lives of College Girls, and Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. She directed the short film In the Middle of Something, starring Julian Velard and Paul Scheer, and will be seen in the upcoming season of The Paper on Peacock. A longtime improviser, she has performed with Baby Wants Candy and trained and performed at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre for nearly two decades. She holds a BFA from Elon University.
