The Judiciary Committee serves as the judicial branch of the Clark Undergraduate Student Council (CUSC). This committee provides guidance and support to both new and established clubs on their charters, reviews and approves charter submissions, and advises CUSC elected representatives on legislation to ensure compliance with the Constitution and By-Laws.
