Student only vaccine clinic sponsored by Health Services in collaboration with Walgreen’s Pharmacy. This clinic is for students who are missing required immunizations, which are mandatory to attend school. Please bring a form of ID, your health insurance card and wear a short sleeve shirt. Failure to comply will result in a hold being placed on your registration account. Once again this clinic is ONLY if you are missing the state required vaccines to attend school.
