Student-Athlete Perspectives

Rachel Chen
The thing I like best about Clark is the people. I've made some of the best connections during my time here — with friends, professors, coaches, staff, and alumni.
Rachael Chen Basketball player; political science major
Olivia Barksdal
Playing sports at Clark has helped me to grow both as a student and as a person. I have become more independent, self-reliant, and highly motivated.
Olivia Barksdale Field hockey and softball player; environmental science major

The concept of 'team' is important here, especially the way younger players learn from the older players. My Clark experience has been great, and I credit my team for that.
