This spoke of the wellness wheel is dedicated to our spiritual health. This encompasses our felt sense of purpose and connection to something perhaps larger than ourselves. This may but does not necessarily have to include organized religion practices or an affiliation with a specified religion at all. When we struggle with spiritual wellness, we can experience a loss of meaning or connection with ourselves, other, and the world.
