The following guidelines must be practiced while using the space:
- Mutual respect for others is expected at all times.
- Please be mindful of others in the space. Enter quietly if appropriate.
- Silence cell phones before entering the space; If you need to take a phone call, please exit the room to do so.
- No food or beverages (with the exception of water) are allowed in the room.
- Music should be listened to through headphones or earbuds with all musical devices (e.g., iPods, MP3 players, etc.). No loud music or communal music is permitted.
- A shoe rack is available for those who would like to remove their shoes upon entry.
- The use of fire, including lit candles or incense, is not permitted in the room or building. This aligns with our institutional policy on fire hazards.
- Symbols of faith should be removed or stored in cabinets after individual usage.
- No posters, signs, brochures, or other displays are to be placed inside or outside the room at any time.
- Please keep the room clean and neatly store any borrowed items after each use.
