Please join Clark University’s Department of Visual and Performing Arts as we welcome director, screenwriter, editor, actor, and novelist John Sayles to celebrate the 30th anniversary of his Oscar-nominated film, Lone Star!
Lone Star premiered on March 16, 1996 at South by Southwest (SXSW). Sayles’s original screenplay for the film was nominated for an Academy Award, BAFTA award, and Golden Globe Award.
