Uwill provides teletherapy mental health support by professional therapists.
Uwill offers three types of services for Clark students:
(Umatch): Teletherapy via video, phone, chat or message – This will provide immediate access to scheduling an appointment with a licensed clinician based on student needs and preferences. Students start with seven (7) 30-minute teletherapy sessions. Whereas there is no guarantee, there is a chance that students can obtain more by reaching out to CPG. Sessions can be done by video, phone, online chat, and messaging. Students will have access to a broad selection of therapists with options for different languages.
(Urise): On demand wellness events – Students will have unlimited access to yoga, meditation, mindfulness and lifestyle resources to use for self-help or as a complement to therapy.
(Uhelp): An after-hours crisis call center – The after-hours crisis call center will be available anytime CPG is closed by calling the CPG office at 508-793-7678 and selecting option #2. Students will be provided with a direct connection to a licensed counselor trained in crisis response. This service can also be accessed through using the QR code which will be on the posters displayed around campus. The QR code will link students to the Uwill dashboard from which they can select the crisis call center 24/7/365. There will be unlimited access to the crisis call center, and use of this service will not reduce the number of sessions available to students through Umatch.
