(She/Her/Hers)
Erin is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern raised in Randolph, Massachusetts. She is currently pursuing her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Fitchburg State University. Erin previously completed a Master of Arts in International Development and Social Change at Clark University. Her research at Clark focused on trauma, community healing, and resilience.
Erin comes to CPG with over a decade of experience working with youth and families in community-based settings, crisis stabilization, grief support, and refugee resettlement. Clinically, she utilizes a humanistic, goal-oriented approach that considers an individual’s unique situation, social connections, and future aspirations. Her work is trauma-informed and culturally responsive. Erin wants to support students in overcoming feelings of inferiority, deepening their sense of belonging, and moving toward greater purpose and resilience. She enjoys working with students and supporting them through periods of transition, identity exploration, stress, and academic or interpersonal challenges.
Erin speaks Arabic and Spanish in addition to English. Outside of counseling, she enjoys gardening, Haitian folkloric dance and curating Spotify playlists for her (almost) 4 and 6 year old daughters.
