Anushka is a nationally certified counselor who received her Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Development and Master of Education in Counselor Education from Pennsylvania State University. She had previously worked as a Registered Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist for kids with autism. She has served as a Community Health Educator and Counselor providing mental health services and alcohol interventions to college students.

Anushka’s areas of expertise include Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Addictions, PTSD, Communication, Behavior Disorders, Autism, and Career Development.  Her exposure to the struggles of individuals in the psychiatric center and those facing adversity in their daily lives drove her to become a mental health counselor. Anushka takes pride in having worked with different populations through various experiences that have allowed her to learn and grow in different aspects of life,  significantly contributing to the counselor she is today. 

Anushka is an active listener and a highly empathic and dedicated clinician. She combines her love for travel and cuisine by going on adventures where she can explore new food and places. For Anushka, it is essential to understand the client’s worldviews and thought processes to establish a successful therapeutic relationship.
